The challenges of the project
An incredibly compact original townhouse kitchen that suffered from a severe lack of storage space, counter space, and poor lighting.
The result of the project
Reducing the height of a bar-height counter to allow for more seating and giving significantly more counter space as well as installing new 42-inch upper cabinets as well as a full-depth cabinet above the fridge greatly increased usable storage space. Upgrading the lighting throughout the kitchen with under-cabinet lighting, recessed lighting, and pendant lights over the new extended countertop highlighted the incredibly detailed and unique countertop chosen by the customer.
